In a significant recognition of the hostages’ experience, Amit Soussana, who was held captive by Hamas for 55 days, was invited to address the UN General Assembly on October 23, 2024. The event, marking 15 years of the UN mandate on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence, brought together Soussana and survivors from Nigeria, Ukraine, Myanmar, and Syria.

We stand with Amit Soussana and admire her courage in sharing her testimony on this international stage. Our hearts are with all hostages still held captive by Hamas – women, men, and children. We pray that the ongoing efforts to secure their release will succeed, and we will not rest until every single one of them is brought home safely.

As 100 men and women remain hostages in Hamas captivity, we must not forget them – bring them home now.
